Our Staff

Jernn Health rigorous recruitment procedures ensure that we employ ideally suited candidates, personally interviewed by one of our trained consultants and thoroughly vetted to determine their skills and experience.

All our care workers will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining an NVQ II in Health and Social Care.

When making a booking of staff, where possible we will prioritise those staff members that have worked with you in the past to your satisfaction to maintain the continuity of care.

Prior to the start of the first shift, confirmation of any new worker will be sent to the home, this will be faxed or emailed prior to their first assignment, for example; confirmation of DBS; Identity Checks; Experience and Mandatory Trainings.
